Responsibilities

- Answer client messages and virtual entertainment messages.
- Go to eye to eye client inquiries at eCabs head office.
- Support inward offices with appointments and inquiries.
- Assemble and foster solid client relations, and precisely and productively place client appointments through eCabs CRM.
- Upsell where conceivable, by distinguishing potential chances to give item data to clients.
- Recognize and heighten issues to Group Pioneers, adding to the continuous turn of events and improvement of the eCabs client experience.
- Step up and advise the executives of any patterns or issues in client questions.
- Contribute towards the fruitful accomplishment of client support KPIs, as well as own singular efficiency and client support targets.
