Job Description
- Development, maintenance and refinement of the business case and annual business plan for consulting products (e.g. business plan, staffing, localization, strategies, investments) in coordination with the relevant stakeholders (management, sales, portfolio management, etc.)
- Facilitate global business operations (e.g. profitability, quality, customers, knowledge management, knowledge transfer to all regions and empowerment, skills development, legal issues)
- Promoting sales and building lasting customer relationships (e.g. customer meetings, offers, projects, marketing material, packaging, pricing)
- Continuous improvement of the consulting portfolio (e.g. product innovation, expansion and adjustment of the portfolio and technical roadmaps, increase in efficiency)
- Management of internal and external collaborations (from loose alliances, joint projects, subcontracting to legal partnerships); Identification and use of synergies between consulting products and the ETAS portfolio
- Representation of the consulting services internally (e.g. towards employees, board of directors, portfolio management, sales, law, marketing) and externally (e.g. towards customers, events, publications, committees)
- Participation in selected consulting projects
Qualifications
- Academic degree in an IT-related (e.g. computer science, engineering) or business-related (e.g. MBA) field
- Several years of professional experience as a consultant in the automotive or information security industry
- First-hand know-how in product management
- You are recognized by customers, colleagues and management as cooperative, persistent and tireless in improving yourself, your products and your teams
- Excellent understanding of international and intercultural differences
- Inspirational professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a bonus
